We will e-mail you a scanned confirmative order form
A. Pick mascot costumes showed on our website and tell us its model number.
B. Provide detailed pictures of your design.
C. Send us sample directly.
D. We design mascot costumes according to your request.
Our sales rep will quote competitive price once we know all the detailed information about the mascot costumes you need.
Both parties sign contract. Buyer pays deposit and Seller arranges production and confirms the date of shipment.
Buyer inspects finished products. If the products are qualified, balance has to be paid before shipping.
We send out the products after receive the balance.
For cost estimate of your order, please send us an email with your requirements.
4. Payment term
Payment by T/T, MoneyGram or Western Union:
60% of total amount has to be paid as deposit before production and the left 40% balance before delivery, full payment is necessary for rush orders.
Payment by PayPal or Escrow:
100% of total value has to be paid in advance.
If total value of your order is more than US$200, we just accept the payment by TT, MoneyGram or Western Union.
Full payment is necessary, if total value of your order is less than US$500.
All bank charges are buyer’s responsibilities.
5. Production Lead Time
Our regular lead time is 5 business days, excluding transport time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be flexible depending on the specifications and quantity of your order.
The products are transported by EMS. The approximate transport time is 5 days or above. Buyers have right to choice other shipping methods or pick up by themselves.
